Meet Our Hypnotherapist

Hi, I’m Mindy Pfadenhauer, your Certified Clinical and Transpersonal Hypnotherapist, and proud graduate of the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy. With over 500 hours of immersive training, I bring both technical skill and heartfelt passion to each session.

My journey into hypnotherapy service began with a lifelong fascination with the mind’s potential. I’ve spent countless hours listening to audio programs, reading books, and studying lectures that explore how thoughts shape our lives—and how deep transformation is always possible. Hypnotherapy was a profound discovery that allowed me to rewire limiting beliefs and awaken new levels of peace, clarity, and purpose. Now, I’m honored to help others do the same.

I specialize in guiding individuals through meaningful transformation using a wide variety of techniques tailored to their specific needs. My goal is always to help you transcend the mind’s programming and return to the presence of love within.

Personal Note: I love spending time in nature, going for long walks, jumping on my rebounder, and practicing daily meditation and hypnosis. Most of all, I cherish quiet moments with my kids and dogs—cuddled up on the couch, simply being present. I believe healing starts with love, and I'm here to help you reconnect with yours.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a natural, yet altered state that allows for communication and responsiveness to be established with the subconscious mind. This enables the facilitator to assist the client to make shifts at a deep level creating powerful transformation. When in hypnosis you will always be conscious, you will never do or say anything that you do not choose and will always be able to remember your entire session.
